I'm pretty sure I did this right. Started a new save. Didn't get any new recruits. Only upped the exp gain from winning levels. Bought weapons and armor. Beat everything on at least normal. The achievement doesn't trigger either on Steam or in-game. What else am I missing? Am I supposed to beat the bonus levels as well?
