Skulls missing
I completed several codes on the mystery monument and received the flavor pop up letting me know I won them. When I go to the hermit store none of those skulls are listed as a available for use to purchase anything.

I have the same problem. I got most of the codes, and when I go to the store, the skulls are still at 0.

Also, I don't even have access to the hermit store, the blue icon down left doesn't appear. Is this a bug?

You don't spend those skulls in the hermit store, you spend them in a store located at the monument where you get them.
