[DQDX 2.2.0] No sound on Linux

Xubuntu 17.10, no sound. Audio mixer shows stream "ALSA plug-in [DefendersQuest]: ALSA Playback" in Playback.

After a few minutes of gameplay an additonal stream shows up in the audio mixer: "ALSA plug-in [gameoverlayui]: ALSA Playback".

Fixed, I think. Was getting:

~/.local/share/Steam/SteamApps/common/DefendersQuest/deluxe $ ./DefendersQuest.sh AL lib: (EE) alcOpenDevice: Option 'format' is deprecated, please use 'channels' and 'sample-type'

So I deleted ~/.alsoftrc and sound worked.
