When the game starts up, the "Access The Steam Community While Playing" window appears as normal. Then after the window resizes to fit the resolution I'm using (1280 x 720 - the recommended setting for widescreen), the "Access The Steam Community While Playing" window "smears" instead of minimizing. This doesn't happen every time, but almost every time.

My current workaround is to press Shift+Tab to go to the Community and then click the link to return to the game.
