[FIXED] Do not get PSI back when recalling prior to start of an advanced difficulty battle.
According to TIPS section 100% of PSI should be returned when recalling troops prior to the start of battle. I don't think TIPS distinguished between battle difficulty level and I'm assuming the start of battle is when the first enemy spawns. I recruited some knights and tracked back two battles from the town where knights can first be hired. Loaded the battle on advanced difficulty, paused the battle before enemies spawned, placed some knights and then recalled them. Did not see any PSI returning to the PSI total.

OS: Windows 7-64

PSI takes 1 second to return after you recall a unit. Did you unpause and wait to see it return?

It works. I was expecting to see immediate return but level must be playing (unpaused) for PSI to fly back to the PSI bank.
