PAYDAY 2 Update 1.5

Hi heisters,

You may have read the recent news regarding the new DLC on PC. The team has been working hard and even if the DLC is not ready for consoles yet, we will get some of the changes in our consoles update. Content wise, some parts have been communicated already, such as Crimespree, and we are looking forward to sharing more with you all soon, once we get some feedback from QA.
We have already started working on the update following this one, and the comeback of the Payday 2 development is only good news for our console heisters.
During the most recent update in May we peaked at about 100.000 unique daily heisters on both PS4 and XB1 and we hope to surpass that with what is coming in the next update! Get your crew ready for a new heist!

So, finally get some news and what a surprise: PC getting new content (free and paid), consoles still waiting.... Should we start taking bets on whether the free or paid gets to consoles first?

LOL. They say they are updating and someone has to find the cloud inside the silver lining!

I can understand that. I went to console briefly after a year or two break, and noticed it had even less content then when I left PC version. That was about a year ago and its still in that same update i believe. Much more costly to buy a much earlier version than what is available too.

That being said, the game doesnt take much to run on pc, and its fairly easy to get a console controller to connect to pc. You also open up mods by doing the pc version. I got fed up with it and switched back after a month.

Oh, I know that. The main reason I stayed on xbox was for the people i play with. And honestly at this point, I'm not gonna throw more money at them when they still haven't made right the promises to consoles. I'm just glad that xbox/ps is better off than switch.
