console community mod shop
I think if overkill stops updating consoles they should make a mod shop for consoles so consoles can have custom maps huds and safe houses and weapon skins.

Playstation won't allow it at all, look at Skyrim on PS4 the mods are pitiful and only are allowed to use in game assets so Playstation wont do it, Microsoft might though
