I didn't know about any of these, but I don't think they're working. I went to each link, clicked "Sign in through Steam" button, signed in, and then it dropped me back at the original page.

I never got any keys, nor did my Payday 2 DLC list update. Also, I logged into the game and checked my inventory - none of these masks were there.

I tried with Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. No emails either. Where do the codes appear?

That page was shut down by Alienware just about one year ago. You can't get the Mauler anymore unless you trade with people who grabbed extras.
