Hi, I'm Jones, you may remember me from such threads as "Bodhi's Pool Disrepair" and "The Cloaker's Neck is Missing!" and I'm here to talk to you about something we've recently discovered.

As you are mostly all aware, two masks exist that are only obtainable through purchasing the Alienware Alpha console, and the masks come as DLC for PD2 and mostly unobtainable anywhere else. Due to this, they tend to be one of the rarest masks in the game because of it. They look neat, to be fair.


The Anomaly, assumedly based off the console itself and a 'full helmet' mask:

Recently we have spoken to the company, and the Alienware Mask DLC is no longer being sent with purchases of the console and they have no plans to issue more codes with it. We have had several users come to us about this issue in the past, which we originally thought was a clerical error but it is in fact a conscious choice by Alienware to no longer provide keys for the Mask DLC.


We've spoken to the team and come to the decision that any recently purchased Alienware Alpha consoles will not be given a supplementary key for the Mask DLC, regardless of proof of purchase. If you have bought one, and it has not come with the Alienware Mask DLC, then I apologize, as we will not provide you with one.


We have a limited supply of Alienware Mask DLC keys, which are now reserved for 'large' contests we hold. No simple contest wins for such a now-limited DLC.


You can still get that, potentially. Some regions supposedly no longer have key availability.
