1. More Customization
Some newer features, (Combined Union Names, Occupied Land, etc.) are unable to be turned off, while I like these features, I think there should be an option to disable them. Some people may want to turn them off as they aren't always preferred.

2. Improved Map Editor
While I mainly use paint.net to edit maps, I think we could use more consistency for the in-game editor. For example, The terrain mask is not in the map editor while it is in the Scenario Editor and God Mode. I also think we should be able to resize maps. While you can do this in 3rd party programs, it would be much easier if it were in the game.

3. Scenario Tools
The scenario editor could use some extra tools. Such as the ability to draw straight lines, which would help on U.S. maps. I think there could also be a bucket filler similar to the one in the map editor so it becomes easier to fill in large outlines.

None of these suggestions are particularly important but I think they could improve the game and help it become more complete.
