Money farm halfway through game?

I am about halfway through the game (captain rank) and am low on cash. I was wondering what the best way to farm money was around this part of the game.

Mr Fantastic has Mercenary Kings

Put 2 mods of money+ and finish any fast level multiple times. There's a great one at the cave entrance with the bats that takes 20 seconds to finish.

In end game the last boss is the best for money/time
