This sounds strange. Open up and reveal everything. What item exactly? Points shop or Market? Is that user you?
Is the item still available?
This vague, "nothing" one line is your response? Go fish!
???
What points shop? ..unless I'm the crazy one (don't answer that), those are the Persona avatars (anyone can select for their Steam profile) and not an item sold via the PS. ..as such, I think I now understand. You made it sound as if an actual PS item was being deleted/removed from someone's account by Valve. Sounds more like a user has selected that "sexy" picture as their Steam profile avatar and most likely a moderator (rather than Valve staff) has removed it due to some "nudity" or similar community guideline b/s.
That is what is actually happening, isn't it, Robert?!?
..and yes, it could be challenged in court for sure, and most likely won. They (Valve in this case - ultimately) provide those avatars, yet when used, you can get in trouble for using them.
