Last boss (last general mission)
Just defeated him 1st time, and game didnt saved ?
Do you have to beat him solo for it to save or there is some other condition ?

You mean you don't have that green checkmark next to the mission name?
It appears when you reach Five-Star General rank.

Its normal that I am ejected to main menu after finishing that mission ? :)

It's pretty normal. You have to continually beat missions in the game until you complete every mission in the game and max out your RP. Only then, will beating the final mission truly complete the game.
