Don't let the advertising fluff get to you, consoles are different from PC by design, both for performance (an architecture tailor-made for the system helps it run better) and security reasons.
The issue is more in demand.. how profitable is it? I doubt any one wants to go through the process of publishing another game again when its seen its day on consoles. Sad truth is a company has to look out for their bottom line and cut out unnecessary risks.. and as much as I love Scott Pilgrim, it's seen its day.
I had purchased Scott Pilgrim but refunded moments after release because of Ubisoft Connect which originally wasn't mentioned on the Store Page. There's a reason to give up and surrender.
