Dedicated Server Problem - Can Not Open Ports

I have tried everything that I can find online, but I can not get the dedicated server to service ports 27015, 7777 or 7778. I've also tried telling the server to use different ports, and you can see the change when I see it on LAN. But it will not connect to the online servers.

Damn dat sucks and neither do i know how to fix that which sucks too

I've the same problem.
Server only show up in LAN, even forwarding ports and disable firewall it does not appear in server list.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I spent more than 10 hours testing a lot of differents configs and it does not work
