not sure if since this patch but it seems single player > standard game doesnt count towards achievements when it used to

achievements didn't work in single player in 2.5, and fixes aren't mentioned in the 2.6 notes, so I assume they haven't been fixed.

Correct, we have not made any changes to achievements here yet, but will be delving into them further and are aware they aren't unlocking in single player properly for some users.

@MS Ryz0n do you read all the support forums? there are quite a few achievement problems; it would be great if they were fixed soon.

Dunno if you read my post in Stream announcement topic, but today I had a strange experience trying to play with the new 2.6:
We tried to play 3v3 with friends, started the game, everyone with 2.6. After 1-2 minutes, 2 players were dropped at the same time, after that, I've got Out of sync detected message, and got disconnected. (my ELO changed -5...)

Glad to see you taking care of these things, guys. It's starting to feel more and more like an improved version of aoe2. I am sure you have already heard this, but option for unranked games would be great too.

only you and a few other 11 years old care about achievments.. stop going on about them. Its not important, they know what the most important things are to fix ok. That, is not one of them.

Seriously, where is the change to Trebuchets? I thought the whole community was in agreement that the host should have an option to disable Trebuchets for that game (enabled by default).
Also another option to allow Trebs to fling infantry behind enemy lines when you select a unit and right click the treb!
Come on do it already, the whole world is waiting for these changes!

are you sure it wsnt -3... i would suggest, recheck it

It is unfortunate that not correct the achievement. I am disappointed so far I see no reason to play.

You are wrong. I am writing this deliberately. I've played enough to AoE2 many years ago and now bought the game just glad achievements. So I do not see any sense to play without them. Moreover, I persuaded buy the game my friends and I will only hurt. (Sorry for bad english)
