Steam and tf2 extremly bugged on linux mint 21.3

First of all the steam app crashes when i want to open steam chat and i dont know why. Second after a reboot i have to run tf2 with proton before i can run the native version. When i first installed the OS TF2 ran completly fine and now it also randomly crashes for no reason.

You can try to set the compatibility tool "Linux Runtime" under game properties => compatibility to force the native version of the game.
