Download speeds slow under linux
There is a issue currently about slow download speeds on the steam client

You can fix this by disabling http2
And enabling some other variables to get more mirrors to connect to


If steam clientndevs could look into it they would be great :)

the devs don't monitor the steam for linux discussion forums

yes i made the original issue for this download fix, plenty of people have commented on the issue saying it improved there download speeds under linux on steam

i didnt know they dont monitor this, my bad

hopefully they create a fix or apply these changes to the client :)
