Bungie Policy: Ban

Yehh I keep complaining it is not running with Proton under discussion on every update.
This time they gave me discussion ban Once you mention devs in any game discussion - most companies will ban you right away...
To ban from discussion is easier then to respond.

it's kinda dumb. It works on Stadia which is supposedly based off linux. I just don't play it anymore. The game will work. I haven't tried in a while, but I was able to log in and play for a few minutes. Apparently they scan the servers for linux users and kick them. Just lazy developers with preconceived biases.

Destiny 2 on Linux
Can you please tell me or post a link why Destiny 2 does not work on Linux?

I remember it kinda worked on Proton to the menu. Now it just kicks out in 2 seconds. No errors at all. Is it going to work in future? Is someone making it work? I am just curious.

I have feeling it only needs like anti cheat implementation if I remember correctly. Sadly mods are like Linux is a discussion problem and there goes all the warnings and bans.

I am just sorry for the prejudice against Linux users. Just be cool about it. Looks like Linux gamers are walking on thin ice everywhere.

yes and like I post there. They associate Linux with Steam deck as one while Linux users are going destroy game bc idk what.
if you make a work around they will ban you from the game bc it is not running on windows. Even it is a really nice game, I am not going to hustle them.

BTW this seems more battle Microsoft vs everything else. I am just a player and I can pick what is better for me. Check how much is now Netflix etc subscription and how much it was on lunch. $5 for all?
