This is the second time in a row I've popped over to the downloads tab to check on the progress of an update, only to find a 0MB update of a game sitting under the Completed category. Last time it was BioShock Infinite; now it's Psychonauts. Is this maybe related to that shader precaching thing Valve was working on?
