Problem: Was stuck on the third step of first time setup.

Tried so far: Verified integrity of game files. Stuck resetting install script. Tried uninstalling; stuck. Had to kill steam. I cleared download cache in settings. Problem persists. Finally, I deleted the entire game folder and it still wont uninstall. Tried again just now, and the uninstall notice goes away in a flash. Game is still visible in my library.

I'm gonna try a couple more things before I take a break, but hopefully, someone here has some ideas that I can try out later.
