Steam recognizes Intel graphics instead of Nvidia integrated graphics
Steam - System Information shows my video card as Intel.
Linux Mint Driver Manager shows that I have nvidia-driver-390 in use

Here are my specs:
Linux Mint 19 Cinnamon
4.15.0-39-generic
Intel© Core™ i7-3520M CPU @ 2.90GHz
Intel Corporation 3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller
NVIDIA Corporation GF108M [GeForce GT 630M]

When I had Windosws I could run games like EUIV and Diablo III. Now dosBox games get fps dips as low as 1FPS. And running a game from the mid 2000's is a non-starter.
I spend a couple of hours with Liinux Mint support deleting old nvidia drivers, reinstalling and selecting nvidia driver via terminal commands and I got no where.

My NVIDIA X SERVER setting show no profiles. I'm frustrated out of my mind. I can't run amything over 30 FPS.

Could someone let me know what my problem is?

Thank You

It was via HexChat so there's no forum.
Here's some copy pasted commands that were tried. Not sre what all of them do.
Sorry I'm not technical enough to give good detail.

[ sudo prime-select [ intel|nvidia ] ]
sudo update-pciids
sudo apt purge nvidia-*
dkpg -l nvidia* | nc termbin.com 999
sudo aptitude purge -sy ~nnvidia | nc termbin.com 999
aptitude purge -sy nvidia* | nc termbin.com 999

Thanks for replying. I have not heard about Primus. I can try it out. But from where would I get the 32 bit binaries?
