Pentium n3710
Hi,
anybody with experience gaming with a pentium mobile setup? I want to get one and play games like DoD and Source Games.

Which resolution and detaillevel can you get, while still getting solid 60 fps?

Newer source titles will get at least 30 fps on medium to low settings, if you reduce the resolution. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what your performance will be since OEMs can modify the GPU clock to fit their thermanl profile.

Im aiming for the acer travelmate b117. Its the strongest notebook with this soc as far as i know. The alternative is a refurbished elitebook with the HD 4000 and i5. About the same price, but the acer is silent and has some more battery life. I dont quite know what to get, but i want solid 60 fps since this device will be my only one. I had to deal with 30 fps till now and want to have a decent experience now :D
