Won't launch

So I just bought it and it won't launch, I have tried everything and still it doesn't open :(. HELP ME PLEASE :)

PC specs and OS ?

My specs are: Intel i5-4210h, Nvidia GTX 950m and OS is Windows 10

Install/reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (aka "vcredist") 2010 and 2013 both x86 from here
"..\SteamApps\common\insurgency2\_CommonRedist"

Disable "Xbox Game DVR" and disable compatibility with older Win versions for "insurgency.exe" and run "insurgency.exe" as Admin.

I don't have these files in my directory, what should I do
