Hey guys i'm on the verge of buying but i have a few questions before. Should i buy now or wait for a sale or for 1.5 to come out? Also should i get all dlcs with game or i can start with base game and add the dlcs later?

I were you, I would wait for 1.5 to be released officially and buy the game and its DLCs.

Why? Because I guarantee you, there'll be a sale.
