I do kinda like the old T-70 reload where you had to watch the whole animation. Then again, I could just double click. (I miss being able to slightly look around while loading D: )

i agree, however this does give you a greater oppertunity to see your target. really love the T70 though ^-^ :MrFoster::mkb:

T70 is cool but will we get some Big Tanks too? Like the Tiger?

well, in the vid, i talk to one of the dev's, and he said basically that if this goes well and makes money, the next step will be STuG III and SU-76M. so i assime that after that (og again its successful) we might see tigers and T34/85's and JS2's etc.

I would not expect to see them. Because this game is all about the battle of Stalingrad, its ment to only have equipment that was used durring the battle. The Panzerkampfwagen VI ausf. E was not used untill 1943 with the IS2 not long after. The Kliment Voroshilov (KV) would be an option as they were used (in very limited numbers) in Stalingrad.

you say that, but the panzer IIIm and the T70m they have made both were not at stalingrad, and strictly speaking the MKB42H also was not at stalingrad. so i see it highly possable that they will divulge onto other theatres of the eastern front. also tigers were first used in leningrad in december 1942! there were 5000 KV's built, and because the main plant was in leningrad it was likely not to see them in stalingrad, although you would see them. in the book "KV's on the battlefield" there is a photo of a light cast KV1 with symbols of the 24th panzer (at stalingrad).

Just got my main machine running and reading that the StuG and SU76M may be next made me a happy bunny :)

On their forums Tripwire have stated they now will not be solely sticking to the Stalingrad theatre of war. There was a debate over if the SU76M could be used as only the SU76 in its vanilla form was used in the time period for Stalingrad, but that thing had the back covered up and an open back SPG would be interesting gameplay wise.

Actually, they said the opposite. Yoshiro said that TWI feels that RO2 should no longer be limited to just Stalingrad and they want to keep expanding to the rest of the Eastern Front. Thank goodness.

"As far as the Stalingrad time period goes, Tripwire at this time no longer feels maps we add need to be locked into the Stalingrad time period."

Yeah, I kind of mangled that quote I admit. Since that was my rather horrid botched thread / poll I should be a little more careful in what I read.
