Game Freeze / Crash
My game , like RO2 , keeps frreezing my computer. I have to completely shut down computer after the crash occures. It happens in random , usually after 1-2minutes in game ( Not the menus ) or if im lucky i can play for hours without problem. I have no problems in other games, only Ro2 and RS. I have a Nvidia grafics card if that tells you anything. Please help.

Woooaaahhh mango, I have that same dealie go down with my shiz. Except my shiz survives a whole match usually, and then 3 minutes into the new match, then it dies. Complete with broken recond sound repeat thingy, and I have to shut it off by holding the power button.

ALTHOUGH, this shiz never happened back in Ro2. And I also have a Nvidia card. 560ti.

Exactly the same problem here. Have to power out the computer after that. No answers yet how to fix this.. allso this happens in RO2 so it has probably something to do with the game engine.

It happens to me as well. But it doesn't happen in RO2. Super frustrating since the last time I've had a game hard lock up my PC was like 4 years ago.

Well seems I have company. I First maxed out all settings played a bit, maybe a few rounds then freeze to black screen sound playing, cannot alt tab out nothing. Have to pull the plug then when i start back up and windows 7 is initializing the the video drops out. i have to keep turning it off and even have to go into the bios to get things to work.
using a asus rampage IV, 32 gigs memory,480G SSD, intel chip set at 3.2ghz, 2 gtx670 SLI

should have mentioned I tried default settings and still got to play no more than 2 rounds then bam black screen and had to repeat the same stuff to get the computer back up

Same problem here, computer hard locks anywhere from 2 minutes into the game or up to an hour. Completely random, no clue what causes it.

Happened a couple of times for me too, sound loop and hard reboot required

For everyone that had to hard reboot did yours reboot without issue? Mine failed to OC on reboot, had to reset bios settings, then when windows started up and was about to transition to password screen the picture went black screen causing me to have to reboot more than a few times almost thought my graphics cards got burnt but checking log they never got higher than 40C

update: I updated to most current graphics driver for Nividia gtx670 and all is well..
MayorMcWeed 27 May, 2013 @ 7:58am
All is well eh? I'm pretty sure I have the most recent driver for my gtx560ti, but maybe the gtx670 gets sweeter updates. I shall check on this immeadiately.

Nvm, I was behind a couple of drivers, wowowowow. Ok, gonna restart the good ol comp, try to play for like 3 hours straight, and see what happens. I will report my findings.

Ok, so that worked for exactly 2 matches this time. Usually I only get 1 and a half. I like to see an improvement, but I'm still ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over here....
