Hello Croteam, thank you for passing by !

Sorry for disturbing you guys :( But sadly... this is a problem I do think I cannot fix on my own and must be worked on by with game devs.

Before starting to talk about my game crashes I faced lately I'll tell you what I've tried to do in order to try to fix my problems.

1. Tried a fresh complete reinstall of the whole game, without anything from the workshop.
2. Tried to play those levels at SAFE MODE and on EXTREME settings same results
3. Tried to play those levels at 3 Differents Difficulty (Tourist, Easy, Serious)
4. Tried to fight and also tried skip the fight within the bugged area, didn't solved my issue
5. Tried to play in Window Mode and on Fullscreen, same results
6. Tried differents weapons, moving or waiting for the bug to appear, 1st n' 3rd person
7. Drivers + Windows Updated! PC clean, checked up with CCleaner, Malwarebytes, Avast

But !!! Last week I did a run with a friend on Coop I didn't had any crash. Those crashes is happening in Single Player

My computer specs : i7-4700k - GTX 970 - 32GB DDR3 - Windows 10 x64 (Strong enough to run an old game like SS1)

If a picture means 1000 words... how about a video that's show clearly my crashes and where/how it's happening ?

Like I said earlier, doesn't matter if I fight or not... doesn't matter if it's set on Easy or Hard... doesn't matter if the game is on Safe Mode or Extreme Settings... the game still crash.

Those bugs happens on "Ruins of the Abyss" map and "Despair Stairs" I didn't find if other levels bug like this. "Timeless Cave" was fine though...

Unless you have something else to suggest me to try in order to fix my issue, but I do think I did pretty much everything I could and I sadly can't play the new campaign properly.

I don't think it's related to my computer my issue since it's happening on a specific level and on a specific area of the maps. Spawn trigger issue maybe?

I'm not angry, I'm a huge fan on SS's Franchise since it's 1st release!

I tried to solve my problems myself, i'm making this thread ! Because I do care for your game ! I do care and appreciate your hard work and what you provide us !

But please don't let silly bugs like this ruins your game and your name ! I bet it's kind of easy for you guys to fix this.

On a side note! Can't wait to put my hands on SS4 too ! ;)

And hopefully I'll be seeing this bug fix ! Which will make me very happy and probably some others that didn't take the time to make a thread about it and simply closed the game and gone playing something else instead.
