Choppy animations in the NETRISCA when viewing weapons and monsters
It's just awful looking. I recently moved from W7 to W10, could that be the issue? Any way to resolve this? I like spending time in the NETRISCA.

So this is happening again after it inexplicably went away. I tried
"/sam_iMaxFPSInactive=500"
in the console after googling led me to another Steam thread, but this didn't work. Any ideas?
