It's just as the title says... When I try to load a saved game or want to start anew in TFE or TSE I get a so called Brown Screen Of Death.

The HUD is still present, I can hear the music playing and I can fire the weapons since the ammo is decreasing, but I can't see anything (since everything is brown) and I can't hear any sounds.

Did anyone else get this? Is there some way to fix it?
