General Game Questions
What exactly doe s the analyst, scout and agent do?
Is there any point in having a coach that is good in those attributes if they are the ones that do the job?
Is there any benefit to aiming to be a top 50 player vs a top 300 player?
Is there any difference between court surfaces? does a clay court bounce less than a hard court? where can i see that information?

I did a test and started 2 games, one coach with a serve rating of 1 and the other 20, kept the created player the same and replaced all training with strong serve, progressed a week and made 160% progression with coach rated as 1 and 137% rated as 20. is this intended? is there some randomness to training or something i am missing?

Please don't just tell me to ask this on discord, i have and no one has answered me

The analyst helps you make coaching decisions during matches, the scout helps identify talents in the player database (in the "Search" tab), and the agent acts as a liaison for various sponsorship offers, captaincy proposals, and more.

The benefit of having a better-ranked player is being able to participate in more prestigious tournaments, thus earning higher cash prizes and being able to expand your academy, etc.

Were there no other assigned coaches? Was the form the same, etc.?

assigned coaches and form was the same. i was testing with a new create a player so i rerolled the starts. i have found the same thing where keeping the training the same but having no coaches assigned to the player vs coaches and trainers assigned makes no difference

i see there is up to 3 slots for assigning trainers to one player, if i fill this out, is it meant to increase the speed of progression? coaches and stats don't seem to have any affect, only age
