Some recommendations for a tennis noob (my favourite sports are football and F1)
Hello! I have no faith in getting answer because posts on Discord tend to drown in the myriad of comments. But I will try.

I have started a new save where I have created myself as manager with these attributes:
- experience: Novice
- style: Communicator
- dont start as captain for the national team
- I have created my own academy. Budget: £10K. Academy vision: Youth.
- created my own player. Age: 14.

I am not very versed in the tennis world and have more interest in football and Football Manager 2023. But I love management games so TM23 is a must.

I have only places for two players who can be coached. How many tournaments should I register them in?

What is the difference between JTL Boys 30 and JTL Boys 60?

About game plans: what is suggested plan(s) for a youth player?

About training: how should a youngster be trained? In FM23 I am more focused on developing youngster within tactics and technique.

Any help is appreciated 🙂

i have found the devs on discord to be completely absent. i have made about 10 posts asking how the game works and never got a dev answer.

I did get a reply today about a bug in the game. But yesterday it was a user who helped me on Discord. Try to contact user mdk7792 on Discord at the TM23 chat section. He is a nice fellow and has much knowledge and information about the game.
