Hi!
I have a player who is number 1 in JTL-G. Whenever I register her for a WTL Rookie 10 Tournament they refuse to accept her due to other tournament at the same week where she is registered or not having the required rank. She is not registered to any other tournament scheduled for the week though.

Any ideas?

I had this problem to is was because someone had invited me to a tournament and even though i said no to it, it wouldn't let me register for the one i wanted,

I have the same problem and I don't find how to do.

If you don't have a pro rank you can't register to a pro tournament. Wait a Wild Card for a pro tournament, as soon as you get your first point on pro tour, you will get allowed to register to it.
