Question: Have you gotten around 40 seconds on the Rally Trophy Special Stage? That one still baffles me because it's normally a 5 to 6 minute long track. I think some glitch makes lap times appear absurdly short on there.

In this case, I'm pretty sure it's a result of a glitch. The most cheaty thing I have is a mod that disables vehicle damage that I run sometimes when I really don't feel like wrecking and just want to race or drive.
Most of the other lap times I've seen on other tracks are feasible.

That's not a typo. I have supposedly run this track in 23.3 seconds with a Class 'B' car.
My guess is that the length of the track messes with the clock for some reason (not too surprising, seeing as how the average length of most entire races is shorter than a single lap of Rally Trophy). I've also noticed that the leaderboard shows incorrect times between cars while racing by something like a factor of ten, though I haven't mathed it. It'll show an 0.1 second gap when it's more like a 1-second gap, etc.
Reminded that during the first lap on the Rally Trophy Special Stage, it'll show the AI as being a second in front and behind you. Once you finish that first lap, the distance will be shown correctly.
