We're sorry you are experiencing such an issue. There may be a bug, but Discord is optional in game. Users who don't have an account can use our in-game voice chat. Could you try to reinstall the game and let me know if the issue persists?

And noted for the text chat feature. We have a feature in place to place a marker on the map that is seen by the other players: aim and press X.
