Just remove the broken ones that can't be obtained or fix the servers finally. I'm e-mailing the customer support since January 2019, and "they are looking into it" 5 times now.

It may come as a surprise to you, but there are gamers out there that care about completing a game to their full extent.
No, achievements don't have an impact on the actual gameplay most of the time, but they are part of the game's completion. And they are unobtainable because the devs are too lazy to fix their broken product, that's the point.
And - as I already mentioned - not only are some achievements unobtainable, there is a ton of broken MP components that we as consumers paid money for without receiving a functioning product. So I see no reason why you're doing down the reasonable request of fixing the product, since you don't actually seem involved (unless you're a special kind of achievement hunter that doesn't care about them).
