Where can I get other weapons?

For some reason, going through the game, I could not find some weapons: Remington 1858, PPD-38/40, AVS-36 and others. Are these secret weapons or what?

Please explain to me, otherwise I'm a dolbaeb

For some bizarre reason the developers patched out a lot of weapons from the game, including the ones you listed. They never said why, and the only way to use them now is by downgrading your game.

Edit: I've written a guide on how to revert to the second to last patch that had all these guns:

Yep, I've downgraded to patch 1 and it's the best version we have at the moment. Devs abandoned the game after patch 2, removed tons of weapons and content, and did not add anything, while promising a new huge patch coming soon. PS3 new content and fixes never made to PC either AFIAK. So, downgrade to patch 1 and have fun!

What new content did the PS3 version have?

From what I remember (I played both the PS3 and PC version), I noticed some QoL tweaks here and there, like position of flashlight on weapons. The main difference is the skill tree, which has been reworked and nicely enhanced, providing more variety in terms of leveling your character. In that sense the PS3 version is the superior one, if your fine playing at 720p 30 fps that is. If I had to choose I'd play the PS3 ver., same as with Alone in the Dark Inferno exclusively updated for the PS3.
