In order to play with mouse and keyboard with the pad plugged in, you have to go into the control options and press "Disable Gamepad UI". If you wish to use the gamepad afterwards, simply press the button in the same place, it should say "Switch to Gamepad UI". This option is only visible if you have the controller plugged in.
This happens when your previous pistols were the default ones, with infite ammunition. It is because they are weaker than any other kind of pistols that you can have. This does not happen when you switch any other kind of pistols, you will drop the previous ones on the ground. Once you use up all the amunition in your current pistols, the default ones will show up again.
Good luck with your game!
There is no lagg compensation, or any limit on how big your, or the enemys ping can be, just warping around.
Also multiplayer achievements not unlocking, and that one single player map for 8GB wow, this "free" weekend was a misfire.
Free weekend allow singleplayer too.
- Go to C:\Users\*********\Documents\My Games\Deadfall Adventures\ADVGame\Config
- In ADVGame.ini look up [EvilGame.UTPawn] and set value as follows:
Bob=0.00
- Save file
- Open ADVInput.ini
- Look for [ADVGame.AdvPlayerInput]
- Set values as follows:
bViewAccelerationEnabled=False
- Also you can remove the horrible deadzone of the right stick by setting the deadzone values in these lines to 0.1. Also set aLookup Speed to 1.00 and -1.0 (for inverted) to look up as fast as you look left and right. You'll find them at the end of the file also under [ADVGame.AdvPlayerInput]:
Bindings=(Name="GBA_TurnLeft_Gamepad",Command="Axis aTurn Speed=1.0 DeadZone=0.3",Control=False,Shift=False,Alt=False,bIgnoreCtrl=False,bIgnoreShift=False,bIgnoreAlt=False)
Bindings=(Name="GBA_Look_Gamepad_Invert",Command="Axis aLookup Speed=-0.65 DeadZone=0.3",Control=False,Shift=False,Alt=False,bIgnoreCtrl=False,bIgnoreShift=False,bIgnoreAlt=False)
Bindings=(Name="GBA_Look_Gamepad",Command="Axis aLookup Speed=0.65 DeadZone=0.3",Control=False,Shift=False,Alt=False,bIgnoreCtrl=False,bIgnoreShift=False,bIgnoreAlt=False)
- Save file
It's not perfect, but it plays way better this way with the Xbox One Controller for me.
