Report a translation problem
For short:
Restart the level (it is only the second room, so that's not a big problem).
Why:
I did not experience the bug the first time I went through this room, but there it was when I reloaded the previous waypoint.
Reloading to the last checkpoint have never worked for me (I did that at least 10 times!). However, restarting the level did the trick: the puzzle was again playable on the first try.
I also noticed that when the bug occurs, Jen and Stein will stay in the previous room until you engage the Nazi. If the puzzle is fine, they will follow you directly and the passage to the previous room closes.
