The main problem is that gaming laptops have two video accelerators: the video card itself and the integrated processor graphics. In some models, the processor graphics are used for applications by default for some reason. This causes a conflict in the launcher. What to do: Go to the NVDIA settings (or other graphics settings that are relevant to you). Select the "Manage 3D settings" option. In the drop-down menu, change the preferred processor to a high-performance one. Voila, the launcher has detected your video card and the game starts normally.
