Bug at Arctic Base level

I solved the spear-romm puzzle but my teammmates doesn't join me in the other side of the room. They are just running in one place as if stucked, but can't move. Some times the girl does but not the doctor. Restart the game doesn't help. Any ideas?

It was a while ago but as I remember I had to reinstall the game to make it work.

Hi Raga88. Thanks for your prompt reply. I have just asked Steam if I can do that. I assume I uninstall and then....?

Just install it again. It will probably solve the problem, or at least it did to me, but no guarantees.

This helped me:
After getting out of the spike maze don't step on the pressure plates yet. Go back to her (the spikes should be gone) and push her around a bit. Try to position her so she's lined up with the center of the stairs. Then go back to the pressure plates and hope for the best.
