panthers now have anti armor piercing shells that do more damage?

seriously if they not op to begin with now they 2 shot soviet light tanks. How did that stealth into patches while you have units that have been useless forever like brit heavy tanks makes one think.

It's a doctrine-only ability and, to my knowledge, only one commander has it: the elite armor.

HEAT shells are incredibly unrealistic in this game, Panther doesn't even have access to HEAT shell irl, and in general ww2 HEAT shells have less penetration and damage then conventional shell, what they had is long range penetration retention
