Why this matchmaking too much times put me against poor new players that i beat easly and other times it put me against skilled players with thousands played hours?

Can't they do something in between? I am asking just for a balanced mathcmaking, i don't wanna loose easly and i don't wanna win easly...

Or is it a strategy to make us migrate on COH3 to find (with hope) more support and balanced game?
