i forget the commander the soviets used to have but you picked him, he could spawn partisan tank hunters in the rears (in any building not under vision by enemy) and he could make conscript squads that turned from fresh to strelki with exp did they delete this commander or what?. im used to basically barely tying up someone in front then watching them scramble to try and deal with a bunch of randos behind the lines but now it seems thats gone, conscripts cant even build trenches anymore WTF? (i turned on the all units mod the conscripts are there but dont get the veterancy i.e upgrade to strelki) and partisan tank hunters have no camo ability or health but get spawned AT YOUR BASE versus being able to spawn 1 maybe 2 behind the lines to cause a bit of havok he also had the camo anti tank gun tactic ability. it seems the ai can slam me with a damn PANTHER after only 2 minutes on the map and im holding the only fuel point.

can anyone tell me about the changes made to that commander, the changes to conscripts and how the ♥♥♥♥ in 2 minutes in a game a panther can come wreck my ♥♥♥♥ with a standard AI and why these changes were made
