The game is stuck on the first logo

Hey guys so I just installed the game on Windows 11 and it doesn't go past the first screen logo but I can hear the audio what should I do? I've already reinstalled the game and all my drivers are installed but nothing seems to be working

Hi all, try "-refresh 60" in launch options (also worked -refresh 120) !

(Ok well Paparazzi pretty much gathered all fixes into one, but would need translation to most)
