Godus 2 - What are your hopes?
Hi all,

It's been a while since Bryan Henderson found his way to the middle of a virtual cube - the start of our wonderful Godus adventure.

Now that Godus has been out for a while, hopefully the developers are considering a sequel. What kind of features would you all like to see?

The key things I am hoping for are:

Development
Support
Marketplace with lots of cosmetics that we can only buy with real money
Timers so that we can spend money on speeding up building
Doritos and Mountain Dew adverts within the game
Bryan Henderson's children getting to be the next 'Gods of Godus 2'
What I am promised when I pay for the game
Cross-play with players on mobile devices and tablets

Honestly I can't help but pee myself a little with excitement when I consider the possibilities. I flew over the 22cans head office in Microsoft Flight Sim earlier - if only they could hear my shouts for a sequel!

Hopes? More like nightmares...... The dumbest thing this company could do, is try to release anything else on steam lol

Sure, they released "The Trail" a year later, however, Godus at that point was still something of a possibility.

22cans, is pretty much ♥♥♥♥♥♥ because of the master baiter. He took all of us for a ride.....

My hope is that they don't try be cheeky enough to make a sequel to an unfinished game.

  • It has been YEARS since the last Godus update.
  • We haven't heard from 22Cans since 18. March 2016.
  • They provide no tech support. Their support desk is offline.
  • According to their creative lead and company owner, Godus is FINISHED.
  • The game is still being falsely advertised and sold on Steam Early Access.

Did you not seeing anything here? The project is dead, they bailed on us, the hope I have is that all of them end up working in Amazon warehouses and suffer multiple heatstrokes.

That's my hopes for the bastards who did a runner with our money.

Guys, I don't want to get everyone's hopes up, but there are rumours of a Godus prequel on the way!!!

i want more godus things. it would be fun to have more variety, combining the beta classic(before release version 2.4)

And please don't mention Godus 2, it's as if just the thought of it could bring a catastrophe worse than the pandemic.
