Using support for your bug reports.

Hello bug-hunters!

We love how much effort you're all putting in the locating and reporting of bugs, it's very much appreciated!
We do want to ask that when you report a bug, even if you post about it here on the forums, that you still use Support. [22cans.zendesk.com]
You might wonder why, if you've already posted your bug here anyway, so let me explain:
Using Support [22cans.zendesk.com] makes the whole process faster. It gets the right bugs to the right people as efficiently as possible, meaning that we can get rid of the bug faster and we have a better overview of which bugs are being processed by which people.
We hope that you're willing to take that little extra step of going through Support [22cans.zendesk.com] to help us out. You've already investing much of your time into finding these, and we would hate to see that time wasted by your bug getting lost or overlooked on the forums when it hasn't gone through Support. [22cans.zendesk.com]

P.S.: Make sure you put "godus desktop bug" or "godus mobile bug" as the subject of your report so we can easily tell them apart. Thank you!

I'd like to add that, since we've seen a few posts complaining that PC bug reports are being responded to as if they are mobile bugs, we've taken steps to improve in this regard.
We’re using an external CS company for these reports and we’ve talked to them about being more careful in making sure they check if a bug is from the mobile version or the pc, or mac.
There is a high volume of bug reports for them to process, but in spite of this we hope that they can be more careful about this in the future.
