Staff eats from delivered "fast food" - trays? Thoose trays - is it cooks janitors or workmen who should dump it. I have now gotten into a situation where I Cant remove the trays (I can order but noone does it) and noone seem to eat while its "dirty" in the staffroom. Earlier I have seen cooks sort the trays into dumpbags and workmen carrying it away. But for some reason it doesent work anymore. Yes I have hired extra cooks but it didnt make a diffrence,..

At this point its probably 40-50 trays =)
Everyone is pissed off because they have food issues. I have tried to sack some of the pissed off workmen in an intend to see happier personel doing the dump-trash thing. Didnt work..

Any advise on solving this? I guess I could possibly build a new staffroom bulldoze the old in hope to get rid of the trays and then later reebuild a staffroom at the same place ? Any faster, and preferably cheaper would be positive =)
