Ascend Handouts?
I saw this in my games library. I don't know what it is. I never bought it. It doesn't exist in the store.
I'm very confused.

It was a free to play game you must have added to your library a while ago servers have been down for years

The servers are "back up" thorugh the use of a some sort of server emulator. I do not know the specifics of how it works but there is a small community of people who still play the game. If you are looking for something to keep you busy for a little bit this game is perfect for that, and it is literally $0 all together.
