hi everyone sorry to bother you but evertime i launch the game it finishes loading and it tells me this i started playing this game a long time ago and had no issues however when i tryed playing it again it told me this : ascend service not available please try again later. and no matter how many times i've tryed it still doesn't work i've checked integrity of game cache and redownloaded the entire game this is really pissing me off if you could help me that would be great thank you.

i do know there are some issues with how far away you are from the servers as to connection issues.

WTH is going on with the servers today... i've never disconnected once while playing this game before yet today it happens every 30 mins what are the Gm's doing or are the servers that Full... seriously fix this issue it's forced me to try reconnecting in the middle of an invasion and im seriously annoyed now

Alright thats the 16th time the server disconnected me i dont have and fps issues my internets top notch i know my pings bellow 50
so wtf is going on what is the problem i really wish to speak to an ADMIN or someone about this issue its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying theres no warning or anything or any update news no patch information or crash report it just disconnects me PLEASE tell me WHAT IN THE ♥♥♥♥ is wrong with this server issue

geht garnich hap dass gleiche problem der lade streifen an der rechten seite ladet nach jeder kiste und regionswesel und dann bleibt er aufmal die ganze zeit da leveln geht metzeln geht nur die facking kampange leüft nicht mehr oder besser speichert nicht mehr ap dem zeitbunkt wo der lade streifen immerwärend sich dred abrechen geht nur mit windos taste ,wenn i den neu starte ist der platz wo ich anfange immer da wo der lade balcken apgeckatk ist was bloss loss mit disen serfer

good luck with that rumniri. the devs won't be fixing any problems any time soon, the game has been in hiatus for over a year now.
and just so you know, sometimes it just happens. my husband has issues with it every so often but for the most part doesn't get disconnected.

well, i can tell you the servers aren't down, cuz i still play everyday and so does my husband.

Well all i know is that the dissconnection issue is real... and apparently im not the only person it happens too... they need to do a major upset for once i mean ♥♥♥♥ the last update they did was in 2014

Im having same issue ,, it dissconnect more than im in the game ,,, i cant understand ,, i played it befor without any of this issue ,, but now i can not even get in the game it says ,, The Ascend service is not available. Please try again later. it keep saying that all the time!

Same, I noticed that when I restarted my computer and tried it lasted a bit longer before it happened.

i may have spoke too soon. i hadn't tried to log in last night yet. but i too and my husband are having the same thing since last night. funny thing is i was connected and playing yesterday morning. something is going on, that's for sure. but they have been contacted and are checking into things.

It won't even let me play now.

It just says Ascend service is unavailable.. I tried all the fixes for it now too.

N I know my computer is compatible
